First things first. Getting the TMP Submachine Gun requires sacrifice. You’re going to need to dump your entire inventory before you enter the large gate to the village. Yes, that means you’ll have to discard all of your weapons and everything else before you enter the tall wooden door with metal spikes at the top.

Once you enter, you’ll need to take the first turn right. You’ll see a woman. Run past her and take the very first left.

In front of you will be a house and a well that you can descend. Do so.

Right in front of you will be a blue chest. And in it? The coveted TMP Submachine Gun. If you’re missing your Survival Knife, don’t worry. Destroy the barrels adjacent to the chest and you’ll find a Kitchen Knife and submachine gun ammo.
